Your name will be placed on the applicant waiting list once we receive the requested information. When your name comes up on the applicant waiting list, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to complete your applicant file. 

All forms MUST be completed in order for your application to be processed.

• Form 4 of 7: Credit History

• Form 6 of 7: Sex Offender Certification/Registration
• Form 7 of 7: Applicant/Tenant Certification
